Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to meet customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of kitchen management procedures and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Understanding of shift management and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the food industry, including current trends and regulations.
- Experience as an assistant manager or in hospitality management is a plus.
- Ability to supervise staff in food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency.
