Responsibilities:

• Lead a profitable restaurant and hold the restaurant to McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to all employees.
• Motivate Crew Members to maintain high customer service scores.
• Work with the Department Managers to set the restaurants’ goals and create a plan of action.
• Follow up on Department Managers’ progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve each department.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to successfully lead their teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full time and weekend availability required.
• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and crew members as a supervisor/manager.
