Responsibilities:
- Lead a profitable restaurant and hold the restaurant to McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to all employees.
- Motivate Crew Members to maintain high customer service scores.
- Work with the Department Managers to set the restaurants’ goals and create a plan of action.
- Follow up on Department Managers’ progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve each department.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to successfully lead their teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Full time and weekend availability required.
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and crew members as a supervisor/manager.
