SalaryOverview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Train and mentor staff on customer service standards and product knowledge - Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are maintained - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations - Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment Experience: - Previous experience in shift management, cash handling, food service management, or a related field is required - Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is preferred - Experience in bartending or mixology is a plus - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Familiarity with restaurant software systems is an asset We offer competitive pay based on experience.
