We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Our restaurant in eclectic with a globally inspired menu. Our General Manager with be high energy! A foodie at heart with the ability to manage our professional hospitality team. We have plans for a second location coming to the Houston area. This GM could become a multi unit operator growing with us as we expand our portfolio.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
- Schedule staff shifts and manage employee schedules
- Conduct interviews, hire new employees, and provide training as necessary

Restaurant General Manager Experience:

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, upscale fined dining preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations with ease
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A working knowledge of varied cuisine and excellent wine knowledge
