**Job Summary:**
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Houston. Your primary objective will be to drive profitability, enhance guest satisfaction, and cultivate a positive and motivating work environment for our team members. You will be the ambassador of our brand, embodying our core values and promoting a culture of excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to all departments, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Set ambitious performance objectives and ensure the achievement of financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee budget management and financial reporting, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Maintain and uphold brand standards and values, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and packages.
- Conduct regular property inspections and engage with guests to gather feedback and address concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition, proactively identifying opportunities to improve our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, with a track record of success in driving revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
