```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, as well as providing exceptional customer service. ```Responsibilities```
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase sales
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of bartending, food production, and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
