Fast Casual/Scratch Kitchen-
Salary up to $90,000 (DOE)
We are looking for a General Manager to join our team! If you have experience in a fast-casual or casual theme concepts & have worked in scratch kitchens than this is the General Manager position for you. Job Description: The General Manager's primary responsibility is the overall kitchen & food operations. The General Manager will manage the food ordering and production of our scratch kitchen while using proper production forecasting, product handling and cooking techniques. The Restaurant General Manager will also make sure all standards are upheld: the food looks good and is made properly, the portions are correct, and line execution is quick.

Qualifications:
- Should have 3 plus years Restaurant Management experience
- Should have High Volume, Fast Paced Environment Experience
- Should have Casual Theme/Full-Service or Buffet Restaurant Experience
- Should have superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organization level
- Should be able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team
