Job Summary

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for upholding our standards of excellence in food quality, service, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of P&L and budgeting specific to the restaurant.
Oversee the overall day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of our team members.
Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among staff members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, guests, and suppliers.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and culinary experiences.
Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
Experience in a fine dining Michelin-rated restaurant environment is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
A passion for food and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
