NT Group is opening a restaurant at 5201 Hwy 11 in Janesville, WI, and we are searching for a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and overall restaurant performance.

- Lead the team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant's reputation and attract new customers.

- Collaborate with the chef to curate and update menus for casual lunches and full-service dinners within the accepted food cost structure.

- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients.

- Train and motivate staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to maintain high cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards.

- Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the rebranded restaurant.

Requirements:

- Proven restaurant management experience.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for a memorable dining experience.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.

- Experience in menu development and a keen understanding of culinary trends.

- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.

- ServSafe certification

- Must qualify as an alcohol agent for the establishment
