Comp: $70-90k (DOE) plus bonus!

Our Client Financial Operations Manager oversees and performs quality control analysis over the work of the bookkeeping team. This person ensures that monthly financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows) are prepared and delivered to our hospitality clients in a timely manner and conducts meetings with clients to review the accounting reports. Our Client Financial Operations Manager must be skilled at mathematical analysis, trend-spotting, written and verbal communication. Time management and attention to detail are critical to meet clients’ core expectations of accurate and timely financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide clients with accurate financials in a timely manner.
-Assist clients with understanding/analyzing the financial information.
-Promote client success by helping with setting/achieving financial goals.
-Provide Ad hoc/Custom reports on request basis.
-Promote efficiency with internal bookkeeping process.
-Review/adjust financial reports as needed.
-Train the clients on internal processes/platform.

Knowledge Requirements:
- Must have +4 years restaurant management or accounting experience.

- Understand of the full accounting cycle.
-Understanding of client’s needs/financial goals.
-Various filing requirements including sales tax, business license renewal, annual property tax filing, etc. – to ensure compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
