The Restaurant/ Sales and Catering Management Intern will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager/ Executive Chef and Catering team with various front of house and back of house tasks on a day-to-day basis. Tasks will vary from supporting the restaurant servers and bartenders, to managing the daily reservation book, to creating a floor plan for dinner service, to prepping food items in the kitchen, to organizing and planning bqt events! This position may also learn the ins and outs of putting together a beverage order and working with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of products. The intern will also help support our social media platforms.
