Job Description
A highly successful hospitality company is looking to add an Operations Director to their team to oversee all rooms, food & beverage, retail, and recreation operations within the Lake Tahoe area. These properties are a part of one of the most beautiful and most visited regions in the United States. Additionally, this company is a part of a multi-billion dollar organization, which provides significant room for advancement.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of hotel management and/or food and beverage management experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with resorts, parks, or destination properties a plus
- Multi-unit experience
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) a plus
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Ability to lead multiple teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Must be a hands-on leader
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 base, large bonus/equity program (est. $55-65k annually), health benefits, 401k with company match, PTO, and much more!
