This is a fantastic opportunity to join an awesome company and supportive team! We're looking for an experienced Residential Estimator/Purchasing Manager to join our team who has 3+ years of experience. The ability to be organized, communicate effectively and multi-task are essential to this role.
Perks of working as a Residential Estimator/Purchasing Manager:

Pay: $75,000 plus bonuses - negotiable based on experience
Typical day in the life as a Residential Estimator/Purchasing Manager:
- Calculate quantities and costs of construction items for estimating of new home and renovation projects.
- Development and research of new trade partners and vendors
- Research material, labor, and equipment pricing for cost estimating.
- Enter, calculate and research data into computer utilizing specific cost estimating software programs.
- Assist in the scope of work of multiple trades to ensure nothing is missed for the project team.
- Assist field team in estimating substantial change orders
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience estimating commercial and or residential construction projects.
- Familiar with current residential pricing/costs and cost coding
- Must be experienced in quantity take-offs.
- Must have the ability to lead a project estimate.
- Must have the ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
- Computer skills required - Microsoft Project, MC2, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Bluebeam or equal, Chief Architect, Buildertrend, etc.
- Knowledge of Cleveland market required.
