Residential Director

Residential Director will provide supervision of the residential houses serving persons with mental illness (MI) and developmental disabilities (DD). The Residential Director will interact with the staff to develop and implement sound clinical and evidence-based practices of residential care and ensure the development and implementation of effective individual program plans. He/she also assures that all persons working with the clients focus their efforts on attaining the objectives/goals specified in the individual treatment plan. The Residential Director is also responsible for overseeing the health and safety of the living environment and maintaining ongoing contact with the residents.
Qualifications:
*Requires a Bachelors Degree in Human Services. Masters Degree preferred
*At least 5 years of experience with Mental Illness/Developmental Disability populations
of which 2 years in a residential setting
*Must possess a valid drivers license
