WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the Charge: You'll guide a team to identify, implement, and manage cutting-edge Flexible Living Solutions. From short-term rentals to furnished housing and beyond, you'll shape the future of residential living.
- Collaborate and Conquer: You'll partner with cross-functional teams and pitch your plans to executive leadership to turn your strategies into reality. Your work will align with company goals, delivering measurable value and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Measure and Optimize: You'll continually evaluate the performance of initiatives and programs, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements. If something's not working, you'll pivot and realign to ensure we're always on the path to success.
- Mentor and Empower: As a leader, you'll empower your team to grow and excel in research, underwriting, project management, analytics, and communications. Your guidance will be instrumental in their success.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree required with 10+ years of experience in residential property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or proptech.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, managing project and analytical teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to convey insights from complex data, regulations, financial structures.
- A demonstrated ability to collaborate and build constructive working internal and external relationships that foster cooperation and teamwork.
- Strong project management and analytical skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, with familiarity with Google platforms and project management systems as a plus.
- A willingness and ability for overnight travel, as necessary to EQR markets and industry conferences (up to 20%).
