Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resources, for residential Construction Projects.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control processes to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
  Permitting and Compliance: Oversee the permitting process and ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and passed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a residential Construction Project Manager.
• Must have 3-5 years of renovation experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
