We are looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our dedicated team responsible for Assisting the Project Manager with planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations, as well as any other responsibilities that the Project Manager sees fit.
To qualify for the Assistant Project Manager position you must have a strong building knowledge and excellent verbal and management skills.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years experience in construction
- Previous experience in a Project Management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal communications skills, including ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
- Consistent attention to details with the ability to identify discrepancies.
Compensation:
- $45,000 - $55,000 Based on experience
