SalaryWe are Hiring! TruBuilt Builders is seeking someone to fill a residential drafting position. The right candidate will be skilled in drawing higher end residential homes and remodels. This position will be dealing directly with our new customers to draw and design their homes. Great people skills and customer relations are a must. This is a Full time position with opportunities for advancement in the future.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chief Architect software
- Prior wood framing experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of residential wood construction, and related processes.
- Self starter
- Detail oriented and Highly organized
- Punctual
- Excellent written/verbal skills
- A Team player who is willing to learn and take direction, be self motivated, and has a strong work ethic.
- Ability to go on site to measure existing homes and recreate them to accurately portray to our customers the design ideas for our remodels.
- Ability to coordinate with Project Managers and Designers if and when any questions or issues arise.
- Ability to be in the office 5 days a week, it is not a remote work position.
- Coordinate with local municipalities, surveyors, and lumber suppliers when necessary.
