Position: Resident Services AssociateTemporary Assignment: 12 - 16 weeks
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to the Lifestyle Director in planning, coordinating, and executing various community programs, classes, and events, which may require working outside of normal business hours and on weekends.
- Manage customer service functions and maintain open communication with the onsite management team, homeowners, and the Board of Directors.
- Act as the central point of contact for residents regarding association affairs.
- Welcome and assist homeowners and visitors at the Association office, and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Maintain open lines of communication with fellow Associates, homeowners, Committee Members, and the Board of Directors to address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the Lifestyle Director to organize and implement community-wide events, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the onsite management team in their day-to-day operations, assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends, as required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines.
- Notary Public certification for the Commonwealth of Virginia preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $24.00 - $26.00
