With research neurosurgeons can ask important research questions to better characterize treatment options for patients. Assisting at the forefront of this effort is our Neurosurgery Clinical Research Team who helps build the infrastructure educate and obtain clinical outcome data from patients. With neurosurgical technology changing rapidly and therapy indications evolving this is a very exciting and sought after scientific area for candidates to expand their research careers by joining our Neurosurgery Clinical Research Team and help contribute to better treatment options for patients with neurovascular diseases. Focusing on endovascular neurosurgery the work in this position may include but is not limited to Arteriovenous malformations (AVM) Brain aneurysm Carotid artery disease (CAD) Hemorrhagic stroke and Ischemic stroke.
SUMMARY - Coordinates and participates in clinical research studies. Collects, compiles, documents, and reports clinical research data. Prepares project reports as it relates to program management and grant funding.
MINIMUM
Associate's Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or job-related experience in lieu of a degree required
Minimum 2 years related experience
Competent in computer skills including the Microsoft Office products required.
PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Preferred 3+ years clinical experience
