As a Client Banking Service Professional, you play a crucial role in enhancing the client journey by delivering exceptional service to Charles Schwab Bank clients. Your expertise will cover various banking products and services, including deposit accounts, online account management, bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.

What you bring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, which can include unpaid roles, volunteer work, internships, or similar positions
- Capability to work in the office between 75% - 100% of the time as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent client service capabilities, managing around 40 – 60 inbound calls daily while showcasing empathy and problem-solving proficiency
- Proficient in active listening and engaging in open-ended conversations to grasp the client's financial requirements comprehensively
- Commitment to addressing various complex client concerns through technology and collaboration with Schwab's business partners to identify efficient solutions to meet client objectives
- Ability to establish lasting rapport with clients over the phone to develop enduring relationships with Schwab
- Keenness to be part of a supportive and cooperative team
- Strong attention to detail to comply with extensive bank regulations, protocols, and directives
- Enthusiasm to learn from a dedicated team leader dedicated to assisting you in achieving specific performance targets by providing guidance and experiential learning opportunities
- Proven track record of navigating multiple software applications
