Part-Time Temporary Research Assistant

Job Summary

Aid in administering program evaluations for departments at CCSA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Treat information on CCSA clients, employees or Board members in a confidential manner
• Administer phone surveys using Survey Monkey
• Enter data into FileMaker Pro database
• Enter data into Google Forms
• Perform other tasks as assigned by agency leadership

Special Skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external clients
• Computer experience; knowledge of or demonstrated ability to learn FileMaker Pro and Google Forms
• Attention to detail with ability to accurately handle large volume of administrative work
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma and at least two years of college
• One year of related experience

Special Working Requirements

• This position will be in the Durham office the week of 5/1/24 and the night of 5/23/24. The position will be remote subsequent nights at manager’s discretion.
• An automobile at their disposal; a valid, non-suspended NC driver’s license and a current automobile liability policy with continuous coverage. Reasonable accommodations may be made at agency’s discretion.
• Must be able to manipulate and operate office supplies and equipment. Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential responsibilities.
• No substantiation or criminal conviction of child abuse or neglect.
• May work in shared space.

Schedule and Pay

5/1/24 – 5/23/24, Mon-Thurs, approx. 5:30-8:30 PM

Hiring multiple candidates.

$20/hour

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
