The Role
We are seeking a skilled and innovative research specialist with at least 5 years experience in shaping and leading research projects, to join our team to drive innovation across our service delivery, and support the portfolio strategy of our Research and Insights services. Our services holds significant potential for impact in the market, for our clients, and for our own business. In this role, you will play a key role in the delivery of Research and analytics projects, and supporting our consulting teams to sharpen the delivery of our consulting services. This role reports to our Research service line leader.
Our Research and Insights services are delivered as standalone engagements and to put an evidence base in our consulting work, and to help firms sharpen client focus. Our research portfolio includes:
- Market Segmentation: sizing and competitive intelligence, market structure, account analysis and prioritization and buyer personas development
- Buying Process: client journey mapping, maps of decision-making units, drivers of supplier choice, win-loss analysis and channel optimisation
- Reputation Tracking: CSAT and key driver analysis, NPS, brand equity and messaging testing
Your accountability extends to propelling the growth and effectiveness of our research engagements and integrated delivery with consulting. Your focus will be on developing modern and scalable methods to deliver these services and expanding their reach to customers. Key to the success of this role is close collaboration and partnership with our Consulting leadership team, and Partners, with whom you will shape perspectives to drive marketing beating growth.
Responsibilities
Research Delivery Excellence:
- Conduct market Research and data analysis
- Expertise in Qualtrics and SPSS.
- Work with a team of consultants and analysts.
- Develop and implement cutting edge data collection methodologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Stay current with research trends and best practices.
- Develop and present results and improvements to senior client stakeholders to expand research solutions across the current client base.
- Lead specific engagements and collaborate with our sector based Consulting Practices (Financial Services, Professional Services, Technology) for delivery excellence
Development of Research Service Portfolio:
- Build effective processes for the delivery of research programs, optimizing ways of working including third-party management, technology, and tools.
- Codify delivery of research
- Enhance research delivery with research tools and technology
- Ensure process consistency and leverage resources effectively.
Salary
$100,000 - $140,000
