Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research and Data Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to our strategic growth initiatives.
What are some potential projects?
1. Market Research:
· Conduct in-depth research on top food processors to identify key players in the industry.
· Gather information on executives, stakeholders, and decision-makers within these organizations.
· Analyze corporate structures, revenue sizes, and other relevant business details.
2. Account Planning:
· Utilize gathered data to develop comprehensive Account Plans for targeted food processors.
· Identify opportunities and challenges within each account to inform strategic decision-making.
3. Data Summarization:
· Write clear and concise summaries of company data, highlighting key insights and relevant information.
· Present findings in a format that is easily digestible for various stakeholders within the organization.
4. Data Organization:
· Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products to organize and manage datasets.
· Implement efficient data storage and retrieval systems for quick access to critical information.
5. Collaboration:
· Work closely with other team members to share insights and collaborate on data-driven initiatives.
· Participate in team meetings to discuss research findings and coordinate efforts.
6. Salesforce Integration:
· Transfer researched data into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Collaborate with the Salesforce team to streamline data integration processes.

About You (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field REQUIRED
- Strong Research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the team:
We are a small team of individuals with a variety of skill sets ranging from business development, research, project management, and tech architecture. The BDRs have between 3-8 years of working experience while the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations has been in the workforce for 18 years. We all work remotely but occasionally some or all of the team will gather in HQ for important meetings. We ensure the software sales team has the leads, intel, and training they need to be successful.
