Job Description
- The Metrics Team of Business Standards & Best Practices is responsible for producing metrics reporting related to risk mitigation within the Corporate Trust line of business.
- The analyst will be responsible for obtaining data, creating/maintaining reports to be published, updating values for Key Risk Indicators (KRI), assisting with identifying causes for red/amber KRIs, and communicating issues to managers, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- The analyst must be able to creatively source and analyze the data; make decisions on relevance and importance; and detect discernible inconsistencies, unexpected patterns and abnormal trends.
- The analyst must have a broad understanding of Microsoft tools used to collect, identify and report on business metrics.
- Analyst must have very strong Excel skills, particularly in manipulating large volumes of data, and be proficient in PowerPoint.
- Additionally, the analyst must have strong communication and presentation skills to be able to share results with senior managers.
- Associate degree or the equivalent of education or 2 to 5 years related experience.
Additional:
- Hybrid: Three days per week in-office and two days per week remote in Houston, TX
- Rate Range: $25-30/hr. W2 (based on experience)
