SalarySummary: Responsible for producing a variety of daily, weekly and monthly reports to enable efficient operations, proactive client management and fact-based decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Develop, document, and support standardized and/or customized reports for Company and Client end users.
- Provide end-user training on report writing software
- Manage telecommunications, report development, sources, scheduling, and permissions
- Developing reports using reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Grasp, Ibank and Excel
- Ability to question data quality in reports
- Excellent problem solving and conceptual skills
- Excellent project management, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, etc…
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
