Magnolia Environmental is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in Artesia, CA as a Technical Report Writer. The Technical report writer is a professional who collects, analyses and converts complex raw data and comprehensive information into written reports corresponding with state and federal regulations. These reports are presented in an easy-to-understand manner for the average reader or non-technical employees. Our report writers work closely with management, project coordinators, and field technicians to successfully meet our client’s needs in providing environmental test reports in a timely manner while aiming to help problem solving and suggesting viable solutions based on the site conditions and laboratory results.

Responsilibities:

• Creating technical analytical reports regarding environmental testing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations.
• Data entry/tabulation
• Communicating with various departments.
• Other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, with a strong independent work ethic.
• Proven ability to take direction and work independently to achieve goals.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced/high stress environment.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Effective time management skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• High energy level, sense of urgency and results-driven
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google products, and Adobe Acrobat
• Must have working rights in the USA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
