WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Senior Specialist, Data and Reporting you are primarily responsible for maintaining and consulting on organization data standards and quality. You will do this by performing (1) scheduled data processes (2) work requests from revenue generating teams and (3) ad hoc and newly designed data processes. This work includes regular, and sometimes manual, maintenance and updates of CRM records, as well as intaking, validating, and exchanging large data sets between our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other fundraising data sources. In addition, you will monitor the integrity of data inputs and collaborate with the Assistant Director Data Administration to maintain data enrichment workflows and support project-related data activities. Throughout all work we value your input for process improvements and efficiencies, particularly exploration of tools for automation.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
Being the primary responder to data & reporting requests, including but not limited to:
Providing constituent contact lists that are in line with foundation policies
Assist end users with system questions
Recommend new approaches, procedures and processes to support department and Foundation data maintenance needs
Updating donor records according to established data structures
Performing high volume data uploads of fundraising data into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
Support data integrity and maintenance efforts through quality audits and enrichment projects
Reinforce, demonstrate, and contribute to establishing best practices to maintain data quality and integrity
Coordinate and support the Data and Reporting team with the yearly Woodmark survey
Support data maintenance work related to database readiness for the CRM conversion
Changing or creating data structures to support new fundraising data needs
