IGT is currently seeking a Repair Technician III for our newly-formed Repair Depot at our Reno headquarters. The primary responsibility of this role is to diagnose and repair issues for company equipment, ensuring the quality of products for both our Field Services team and Customers. - Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and operating and/or repair manuals.
- Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
- Perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of related experience is required.
- Experience in SAP functionality and Systems.
- Good communicator (verbal/written) who can explain warehouse/supply chain concepts in terms that the business understands.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Looks to lead by serving peers and internal customers.
- Self-managed and results driven, with the ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
- Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $17/hr - $21/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
