YOUR ROLE: REPAIR TECH - APPLIANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Repair Tech - Appliance Technician, your days are filled with fulfilling responsibilities. You'll conduct diagnostics and repairs at customers' homes or other locations, demonstrating your expertise in resolving issues and educating customers on proper appliance usage.Driving your company-provided service vehicle, you'll meticulously record service details on a company-provided iPad, ensuring accuracy and efficient documentation. Maintaining inventory control is crucial, as you'll be responsible for optimizing costs through proficient management of parts and supplies. Staying up to date with the latest industry advancements is essential, which is why you'll attend paid training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge. With a strong dedication to exceptional customer service, you'll embody our values and maintain our reputation as a dependable and knowledgeable repair business in Arizona. Your versatility shines as you handle additional duties, contributing to our team's success.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred:

• Certification in appliance repair or an AAS degree
• 1 year of experience in the appliance industry
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Arizona driver's license and a copy of the current AZ driver's abstract
• Strong technical abilities and a "can-do attitude"
• A good driving record and a minimum of 1 year of experience
• The ability to lift approximately 100 lbs
• Proficiency in managing on-truck inventory

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 8 am to 5 pm. As a Repair Tech - Appliance Technician, you'll serve customers in various locations throughout the Phoenix area. We strive to assign technicians to specific geographic regions based on their residential proximity, ensuring convenience and efficiency. This means you won't need to report to the office daily; you'll be out in the field providing exceptional service since most parts are delivered to either the customers' homes or yours!
