Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Equipment Rental Coordinator/Administrator. As the Rental Coordinator/Admin, you will play a crucial role in facilitating equipment rentals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient rental processes.

Responsibilities:

     •     Coordinate equipment rentals, from inquiries to returns.

     •     Provide customers with accurate information on equipment availability, pricing, and specifications.

     •     Prepare rental agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.

     •     Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule equipment deliveries and pickups.

     •     Manage customer accounts, invoicing, and payment processing.

     •     Address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly.

     •     Stay informed about equipment specifications, usage guidelines, and safety protocols.

     •     Enforce company policies and procedures related to equipment rentals.

Requirements:

     •     Previous experience in equipment rental coordination or a related field.

     •     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

     •     Technical knowledge of various types of equipment and machinery.

     •     Excellent customer service and communication skills.

     •     Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines for equipment operation.

     •     Proficiency in using rental management software.

     •     Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

     •     Problem-solving skills to address issues related to equipment availability and maintenance.

     •     High school diploma; additional certifications in equipment operation or rental management are a plus.

     •     Commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
