Rental Coordinator

Main Position Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage rental fleet and all necessary contracts within assigned location
• Works professionally and respectfully with all customers, employees, and vendors either in person, on phone, or via electronic communication
• Assist sales staff in developing customer relationships
• Answer all inbound rental calls
• Achieve and/or surpass established rental revenue goals

• Coordinate with service department and yard personnel to maintain a clean and available rental fleet

• Use company supplied technological assets effectively
• Handle transport logistics for assigned location
• Promote the entire organization’s commitment to service excellence
• Continuously demonstrate perseverance, reliability, and professionalism

Required Education, Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent work experience considered
• Self-motivated with ability to perform daily and weekly tasks with little supervision
• Ability to multi-task, be organized, and work independently to manage time and assignments
• Equipment or industry experience preferred or general work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess the ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to pass a background check
• A valid Driver’s License and ability to drive a company vehicle
• Must be physically able to assist customers and employees with assigned tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
