Responsibilities:
✅ Inspire homeowners about the benefits of energy efficiency and Renewable Energy solutions.
✅ Conduct thorough assessments of energy consumption in residential properties, offering recommendations.
✅ Propose energy-efficient upgrades, such as solar panels, car chargers, batteries, insulation, and smart home technologies.
✅ Expand your client base through proactive networking, referrals, and outreach, leveraging your self-driven approach.
✅ Assist homeowners in navigating incentives, tax credits, and financing options available to them.
✅ Collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets and sustainable practices.

Requirements:
Proven success in sales, particularly in commission-based roles within the energy or home improvement sectors. Relevant experience in travel sales, marketing/advertising, financial services, timeshare sales, insurance, and automotive sales will also be considered.
✅ Proficiency in independently generating leads and building meaningful relationships.
✅ Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a sharp business sense.
✅ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:
This role operates solely on commission, without base pay, hourly wages, or salaries. Earning potential is significant, with consultants typically achieving commissions ranging from $84,000 to $300,000 or more based on individual sales accomplishments.
