Renewable Energy Consultant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conduct solar sales consultations with potential customers
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Generate leads through various methods including door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals
- Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in multiple languages, including Spanish, is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and products is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $82,371.00 - $97,090.00 per year
