This Position pay rate is ranging $40- 45 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize emails, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence- Perform data entry, update records, and maintain databases
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Conduct online research and compile information as needed
- Coordinate with team members and assist in project management tasks
- Provide general administrative support to team members as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
