Position Overview: As a Speech Language Pathologist with Sunrise Consulting Services, you will work with children, families, and schools to provide comprehensive speech and language services. From evaluating students' speech and language skills to developing individualized treatment plans, you will play a vital role in promoting successful communication and enhancing educational outcomes. Responsibilities: In this role, you will:

• Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group treatment to promote a variety of skills in a fun and naturalistic play setting, as well as parent education and implementation of therapy within telehealth and in-person settings.
• Build and gain rapport with family members, provide parent education to help increase therapy carryover
• Record objective data to reflect client progress toward goals in daily SOAP notes, complete evaluations and reevaluations
• Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
• Collaborate with Sunrise Consulting Services employees and outside professionals
• Management of a full-time caseload

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• State licensure WA
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students and their families
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives
