We are looking for a Speech Therapist to join our home health team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing speech therapy services in a home health setting, and will be responsible for assessing and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and providing patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide home health services to patients in their homes.
- Assess and evaluate patient's communication and swallowing abilities.
- Provide education to patients and families about communication disorders and swallowing problems.
- Develop goals for patients based on their individual needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, PRN
Pay: $85.35 - $92.46 per hour
