Job Description:

Evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty. Identify clients' goals for treatment. Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs. Teach clients how to make sounds, improve their voices, and maintain fluency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy by conducting assessments, evaluating speech and language skills, and developing treatment plans; assess client’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s goals and abilities
• Conduct intake assessments on new clients
• Complete client evaluations and document data in client management software
• Attend monthly staff meetings and professional development workshops as needed
• Attend parent conferences, group meetings, and competitions as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently (preferred)

Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour
