SalaryMost of our patients are Brain Injury and come to us on Vent to Trach with Peg Tube. After we wake them and get them, they are confused and disoriented. We start Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy for their cognative function and evaluate for PMV and swallow therapy. Normally 2 to 3 days per week for our S.T. is good enough. However, this year we are growing from 6 patient to 18 patients and will need additional support at the beginning of 2024.
This is a home environment and an excellent place to work. We are all like family here.
