Are you a dedicated Speech Therapist with a passion for working with infants and toddlers with special needs? Look no further! We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pediatric Speech Therapist with a strong sensory background to join our team!
```Requirements```
* Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
* Minimum one year post-degree experience working with children birth-5 with special needs
* Strong background in sensory integration therapy
* Valid Florida Speech Therapy license
* Ability to be work independently and as a part of a collaborative team in home & community based settings
* Access to a computer, scanner, Word/Excel computer programs
* Reliable transportation to provide home and community based services in Pinellas county
* Experience with feeding therapy preferred
```Responsibilities```
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with developmental delays and sensory processing challenges
* Coach and educate parents and caregivers on therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills, including pre-language skills, expressive and receptive language skills and feeding concerns.
* Collaborate with other therapists on the child's team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation or patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
