REMOTE POSITION (SVP, Pediatric Clinics)
HealthPRO Pediatrics has an exciting new leadership opportunity as a Remote Senior Vice President, Pediatric Clinics!
The Senior Vice President is responsible for the overall strategic direction, administration, clinical planning, development, and operations of pediatric therapy programs within multiple client facilities. They will manage and direct staff in the provision of therapy program services to pediatric clients. In conjunction with the President, the Senior Vice President will establish and meet budgetary standards for program performance.
Additional Details:
- Remote position, but must possess the desire/willingness to conduct necessary business in all US time zones and travel between clinics as needed.

- Must have a Master’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology or in Business Administration or relevant experience in operations management, in a multi-facility pediatric therapy setting
- Pediatric clinic experience required
- Must have experience running a multi-state or national operation
- Must be a therapist (SLP, OT, PT, BCBA)

Strategic Operations Planning and Budgeting:
- Prepare the annual operating budget in conjunction with facility budgets and contribute to the development of the capital budget.
- Manage and grow the revenue base for the assigned geography, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
- Monitor revenues and expenses, taking appropriate actions to ensure budget goals are achieved for both the organization and the customer
Operational Leadership and Business Development:
- Work in an entrepreneurial framework within the organization to advance operational success.
- Communicate innovative approaches to the President to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Attend and actively participate in regional business and clinical strategy meetings.
Facility Management and Staff Development:
- Visit each assigned facility as needed to assess operations, review financial performance, and develop action plans to address any identified issues.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to identify training needs of Regional Vice Presidents and Center Directors, and facilitate the start-up of new clinics.
- Foster positive, long-term relationships with new and existing payers and referring organizations.
Business Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Participate in strategy meetings with leadership at the facility level, as well as with community partners and senior leadership within the company.
- Analyze data and metrics to support growth strategy of all service lines (OT, PT, ST, ABA, Psychology)
- Stay informed about market dynamics, including referral sources, geo-density, hospital systems, and other entities participating in healthcare reform initiatives.
Leadership and Staff Management:
- Have complete authority to hire, terminate, develop, provide counseling, mentor, and evaluate staff in accordance with company policies.
- Promote optimum employee relations and communication, holding Regional Vice Presidents accountable for policy compliance.
- Collaborate with Recruiting and Regional Directors of Recruiting to ensure appropriate staffing levels and quality patient outcomes.
Clinical Program Oversight and Quality Assurance:
- Develop short-term and long-range plans to ensure consistent, high-quality clinical care in each assigned clinic.
- Support clinical programming to maximize clinical and financial outcomes, ensuring the delivery of quality care.
- Oversee pediatric claims ADR, denial, and appeal processes, ensuring compliance with payer contract provisions.
Reporting and Communication:
- Report to the President with a Monthly Business Review, providing updates on operations and financial performance.
- Communicate regularly with Regional Vice Presidents in the assigned areas, ensuring appropriate onsite time at clinics.
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Reports To: President- Pediatrics Division
Supervises: Regional Vice Presidents, Center Directors, Operations Coordinator, Staff Therapists, Staff Therapy Assistants, and Rehab Aides
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology or in Business Administration or relevant experience in operations management, in a multi-facility pediatric therapy setting.
- Valid professional license in the state(s) where services are rendered, when applicable.
- Five or more years of experience, with two or more years in a supervisory capacity in pediatric therapy or related fields.
- Proven leadership skills in the healthcare field, with knowledge of management, planning, budgeting, and marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and salesmanship skills.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Solution-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Strong values, ethical standards, and credibility.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to outpatient pediatric clinic functions.
