Overview:

Aloha, my name is Alec Coronado. I am seeking a business assistant in sales who will play a crucial role in supporting our Ohana and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes for The Home Clean Up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Answering calls and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with service information and offering suggestions based on their needs.

· Processing sales transactions accurately and effectively using Jobber Software; utilizing this software to store information properly.

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.

· Sending daily quotes to Yelp clients and converting them into our schedule.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues remotely via email, phone, and video conferencing.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong interpersonal skills; capable of building rapport and establishing relationships with customers and team members in a remote environment.

· Self-motivation; ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks without direct supervision.

· Adaptability; able to quickly adapt to changes in technology, processes, or customer needs in a Remote Sales environment.

· Technological proficiency; comfortable using various software and iOS tools.

· Problem-solving; resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries or issues.

· Attention to detail; thorough in accurately recording and processing sales transactions and customer information correctly.

· Sales experience; dedicated to providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Skills:

· Proficiency in iOS, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), SalesLoft, Outreach, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Yelp.
