Job Summary: The Quality Systems Database Administrator position is in the Quality Experience Department and reports directly to the Quality Experience Administrator. This position collaborates with other members of the MCO on reports, dashboards and projects to meet contractual requirements from HHS, IDD, as well as others, and Joint Commission accreditation. This position also supports One Data projects as assigned by the Director of One Data.
Gathers, analyzes, and documents user requirements, business processes, and problems to automate or improve existing systems; elicits and documents business needs for new databases, reports. Analyzes program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas. Develops reports required for the Quality Experience and Utilization Management Departments. Supports Provider Network development.
This position requires knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer databases, programming, and systems design the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, independently problem solve and possess excellent time management skills. A working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Crystal Reports is required. Experience with MS Power BI preferred. This position works remotely and regular, predictable attendance and residency within Texas are considered to be essential requirements for this position. While the job may be remote, there may be times where on-site meeting attendance may be required for team collaboration on projects. May require a flexible work schedule. Hours: Full-Time.
Workdays: Monday-Friday.
Workhours: 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Salary: $79,520 annually.
