Remote Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for pediatric patients using telehealth platforms.
• Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities to support children's motor, cognitive, and sensory skills.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers to provide guidance, education, and strategies for at-home interventions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each child.

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Kentucky.
• Experience in occupational therapy, either in-person or through telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and connect with children and their families virtually.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation remotely.
• Compassionate and child-centered approach to therapy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialization or certification in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Familiarity with virtual tools and technology used in pediatric telehealth services.
• Experience working with children facing a range of developmental challenges.
