The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a(n) Strategic Digital Consultant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Product Knowledge
- Develop and implement strategies that position the product portfolio the preferred choice within selected IDNs.
- Proactively lead discussions with corporate executives in developing account specific strategies.
- Provide training to internal sales team and key customers that highlights the value of Vyaire's Digital product offerings
- Provide Educational support at regional respiratory conferences
- Work directly with specific accounts within an IDN to analyze data and develop strategies that reduce the cost and improve the quality of care (important metrics)
- Demonstrate the economic value of the products and their benefits to the organization
- Partner with hospitals to identify and improve cost & quality initiatives
- Engage key customers and leaders with vision in the industry; stay on top of Digital health trends and identify gaps in Vyaire Digital portfolio
- Support cross functional teams with trade shows, key conferences and GSM
- Provide commercial support to Marketing and R&D teams during NPI (new product introductions) projects
- Partner with cross functional team in the execution of Digital health portfolio
- Partner with Service organization on key activities on IT implementations
- Represent customer success in core team meeting
- Establish, supervise and communicate project risks & mitigation plan to sales leadership.
- Lead collaborator expectations regarding deliverables during program execution
- Lead teams in timely resolution of sophisticated problems, including development of digital solutions, project plans, resourcing plans and budgets.
- Comfortable influencing and communicating with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, Quality and Research functions.
- Implement limited and full commercial launch activities that support and grow the business
- Liaison between Sales and Marketing for effective communications
- Prioritize as required and as additional opportunities develop to a sophisticated sales process stage
- Partner with US sales team on the preparation of project proposals and sales quotes
- Work as a key partner with our Sales team comprised of industry guides to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in account business generation
- Expertise in Digital IT tools, database, processes, etc. to enable Digital Health solutions.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:
- 5+ years of acute healthcare experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Clinical background in critical care
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with Digital SaaS models
- Proficient with digital tools and scheduling software
- Familiarity with digital product development including generating customer journeys, personas, human design, and customer education
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, and experienced in analyzing sophisticated problems and in driving impactful teams
Essential Function Requirements: Credentialing: Employee shall secure and maintain the credentials required by Vyaire Medical and its customers. Securing those credentials may require mandatory vaccinations and other tests. (If employee is unwilling or unable to comply with any credentialing requirement because of religious or health/medical/disability related restrictions, employee must immediately notify Vyaire Medical's Human Resources Department to discuss possible reasonable accommodations regarding those restrictions.)

Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving history
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. without limitations or constraints
