SalaryThe Physician Billing Corporation, LLC has an immediate need for an experienced Medical Billing Specialist. This candidate must be familiar with medical billing guidelines; to include but not limited to, Medicare, Medicaid and PCP billing. eClinicalWorks EMR experience is a plus.
Job responsibilities
Process and follow up on payer denials, rebilling or submitting adjustments as needed
Payment posting for all insurance payers
Research and resolve issues
Job qualifications:
High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
Experience in Medical Billing
Experience in eClinicalWorks EMR
Ability to learn new procedures and solve problems
Attention to detail
Multitasking
Experience:
Medical Billing (2 years)
Familiar with CPT, ICD 10 and Modifiers
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
