Our goal is to increase kids, families, and other adults' access to high-quality Mental Health care. We are leaders in the fields of suicide prevention and Mental Health care. Through our telehealth platform, we provide general therapy, psychiatry treatments, and suicide prevention initiatives.
We are a team of kind and committed medical professionals that are committed to meeting our patients where they are and enhancing their quality of life by using evidence-based Mental Health treatments, such as in-app purchases of suicide prevention programs and apps that provide between-session support and progress tracking. To make sure our services are quick, accessible, and reasonably priced, we collaborate with major health systems, colleges, primary care physicians, and insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' Mental Health concerns and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.

Requirements
Qualifications
Must hold an advanced degree of MA in Social Work, Counseling, or other Behavioral Science.
Must hold active New York state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT or LMHC.
Unfortunately, this role is NOT open to LMSW, MFT Limited Permit, or LMHC limited permit.
Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
Willingness to participate in training in our evidenced based frameworks for treatment, which we call our care pathways.
Advanced proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Neat and professional presentation at all times.
Warm, empathic, engagement skills with patients.
2-3 years' experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality.
