As a Remote Inside Sales Consultant with a focus on the senior living industry, your experience as a mortgage loan officer or loan originator will be invaluable. Responsibilities:
- Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads, leveraging your experience in mortgage lending to provide comprehensive information about our senior living services
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls, utilizing your financial expertise to understand potential clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to address queries, concerns, and financial considerations related to senior living options
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mortgage loan officer or loan originator is highly preferred
- Strong background in sales with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a self-motivated manner
- Prior experience in a consultative sales role is highly desirable
- Understanding of financial considerations related to senior living options
