As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting various forms of data into our company's database accurately and efficiently. This position requires excellent attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the company's database -
- Check and verify data for accuracy and completeness -
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data at all times -
- Process and organize paperwork according to company guidelines -
- Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss -
- Generate reports and summaries from the database as needed -
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent -
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role -
- Excellent typing and Data Entry skills -
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel -
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy -
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively -
- Strong organizational and time management skills -
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines -
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
- Knowledge of Data Entry best practices and confidentiality policies is preferred
