We are looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives with a positive attitude and attention to detail to facilitate inbound calls. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to update administrative details of customer accounts and/or direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary.
- Help explain contract details.
- Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving.
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.

- Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees.
- General computer and typing skills.
- Available for immediate full-time work
- Passion for customer service and quality work
- Must be focused and reliable.
- Ability to prioritize, Organize and multitask.
- High School diploma or GED required.
